In March 2011 my old 'Airfields & Aviation Memorials' website which was hosted by fotopic went off line, it turned out that the company who owned them went bust. This website is intended to replace the old site and it will be used to showcase my photographs of airfields, memorials and some of the other old military installations I have visited.

Obviously this new website is in its infancy and it will take alot of time to rebuild it. There will be some experimentations with the layout as well so please bear with me while this happens. As my old site had 23,500 photos on it will take me a while to upload everything again, especially as I am out visiting new sites on a regular basis!

My focus is mainly on UK Airfields and Aviation Memorials, however there are a number of overseas places that I have included from my travels, as well as numerous aircraft photos. I have had a long standing interest in aviation and have been fascinated by aircraft from a very young age. My interest later changed course and I started looking at Aviation Memorials and old airfields.
