AIRFIELD SITE : Aerial Lighthouse

The Aerial Lighthouse was built by Spanish Naval Engineers for the Spanish Air Force, it is regarded as the oldest Control Tower in Europe. It is no longer in use and has been preserved as a historical landmark. It is on the active military part of Cuatro Vientos Airfield.
